These guys are NUTS. Red Bull’s Crashed Ice competition in St. Paul. The skaters can hit speeds up to 40 mph (70 kph), and the course is a brutal combination of downhill, uphill, tight turns, and jumps. The only thing that could make it more difficult is if they hid a bear somewhere on the course.

Starting from the back left, Papa Vicious, Curv Vicious, then kneeling in front, Whiplash. Curv owns Roller Revolution on University Avenue in St. Paul, a store specializing in roller derby equipment. They are some of the nicest people you'd ever want to meet.
