East v. West

Here we are in November already. Temperatures weren’t terrible today, so I ventured out near sunset to see what I could see. Wandered around near University Avenue for a bit, then found this bridge overlooking I-94. I’ve lived in St. Paul 22 years now and this was the first I’ve set foot on this bridge.
