More wandering around the SEMI area in Minneapolis. With the coming of the Surly Brewery, this area is changing fast. More and more No Trespassing signs are appearing, more space is getting barricaded, and structures are disappearing more quickly than I expected. Reckon it won't be long before this entire area is either off limits or permanently altered to become more consumer friendly. No doubt the city would enjoy the extra tax revenue while reducing its risk of potential lawsuits from thrill-seekers and the curious wandering about dilapidated structures. I'm not advising you do anything illegal; there's still plenty to see that's on public land. Just do it soon.
