Bake sale!

Spotted this guy as I was making a left turn onto University. Stuck the camera out the car window, pointed, fired off a couple shots, tried to stay in my lane. Think it turned out okay. NOT THAT I'M RECOMMENDING A NEW STYLE OF PHOTOGRAPHY HERE.

Rare sunshine

Spring flowers and humans, reveling in some rare sunshine.
Saint Anthony Park.

Alegra

And this would be Jessica's friend, Alegra. Also nice enough to let me monopolize a few minutes of her time.

Jyssica

Spotted Jyssica in Mears Park; I believe she was getting ready to take some photos of her friend. Lucky for me, they were both nice enough to let me interrupt them and get a few snaps of my own.

Some of the Dharma

Got a tour this weekend of Chua Phat An, a Buddhist temple in Roseville. A gentleman by the name of Dongan was my gracious host, kind enough to show me around and answer all the questions I bombarded him with. This is an older part of the temple, which was established at its current address in 1983.

First Impressions (Incorporated)

This is Mark, CEO of Impressions Incorporated. Met him at Minnehaha Park this morning. Part of our conversation went something like this:

Me: Can I take your photo?
Mark: I've had 250 stitches in my mouth and several of my teeth knocked out, but sure.
Me: Holy crap, what happened?
Mark: An automobile ran me over.
People's strength and resilience continue to amaze me.
